H2Omarker creates visible or faintly
visible watermark on images as a way of preventing illegal use. Features are:
- Watermarks can be an image or user specified piece of text
- A watermark can be tiled repeatedly across the original image
- Batches of many thousands of images can be processed at once
- The watermark transparency is fully adjustable from opaque to very faint
- A "Preview" button allows the final effect to be viewed
- Image watermarks with opaque backgrounds (eg. GIF87A) can have the background made transparent
- Text watermarks can be in a variety of fonts and colors
- Watermarks can go across or down the main image at any location
- Final JPEG image quality can be reduced to any level and this feature can be used on it's own with watermarking
switched off
- JPG, GIF, PNG and BMP images can be read. JPEG is always output
- Batch conversion of images to JPEG without any watermarking
- Automatic numbering of images in a batch for easy identification (eg.for purchase
of commercial images from a web site)
